From Tulsa: Take Interstate 44 East to the Afton Exit and turn right. At the Buffalo Ranch intersection turn left onto Hwy. 59. The first traffic signal is at Leisure Rd. Turn right on Leisure Rd. Follow the road to the stop sign on Har-Ber Rd. Turn right and Lendonwood Gardens is on the right, approximately 150 feet.

From U.S. 412: Take the Jay exit (U.S. 59) North. Follow the highway north through Jay and into Grove. In Grove, turn left at the traffic signal at Har-Ber Rd (13th Street) adjacent to the Grove Integris Hospital. Travel about one mile on Har-Ber Road (13th Street); Lendonwood Gardens is on the right.
