Volunteering Opportunities:

LENDONWOOD LEAGUE

Lendonwood Gardens attracts visitors for many reasons: vivid seasonal color, the quiet and serenity of nature, year-round shades and textures, and a rich source of gardening ideas. More and more, however, Lendonwood is attracting volunteers who want to help ensure the Gardens' future as a major attraction in northeast Oklahoma.

One of the Gardens' first volunteer organizations is the Lendonwood League. Members of the League serve as volunteer guides, escorting small groups and bus-tour groups through the Gardens. League members are trained to share information about the history of the Gardens, the plantings and the Tea House, as well as answering questions that arise. Members often host visitors with tea service in the Tea House.

We invite you to become part of the Lendonwood League today. Please let us know of your interest by completing the Lendonwood Volunteer Opportunities form available on-line. You may print out the form, fill it out, and mail it to Lendonwood Gardens, P.O. Box 450542, Grove, OK 74345. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Corbridge at 918-786-8375 or jcorbridge@gcinet.net.
